It is Gentoo Linux’ default input touchpac driver. This book contains many real life examples derived from the author’s experience as a Linux system and network administrator, trainer and consultant.
The basic touchpad functionality still works, but I’d like to re-enable two-finger toouchpad.

It also allows for additional, user-specific configuration options. The default snippet shipped with the xorg-xdrv-Xorg package is evdev. This option applies to xorg-xdrv-evdev only. Having a problem logging in?

In order to enable actions gestures on the touchpad using the libinput driver, follow the install notes from the official project page on GitHub. The arguments are layout, model, variant, options and any empty argument is simply ignored in this case model and variant. User-specific configuration does not need to specify this key again and instead should only provide local configuration options – such as the TapButton1 setting above.
This option applies to xorg-xdrv-synaptics only. Or is my understanding of drivers so off, that this question doesn’t really make sense? Examples for such touchpads are found on the Lenovo x series and Apple laptops.
